The request for availability isn't binding and doesn't act as a contract neither for the client nor for Agriturismo Belagaggio.
The booking request represents an order form and therefore binding for the client but not binding for Agriturismo Belagaggio, on whose part remains free not to accept the booking.
The booking confirmation of the farm Belagaggio sends the customer is binding on both parties and establishes the contract of reservation option.
If a request for a deposit or credit card details, the customer must send within the timeframe specified by the management of the farm Belagaggio, that option is removed and definitely confirmed the booking confirmation.
The farmhouse Belagaggio promise unchanged at a customer e-mail confirmation.
All reservations must be confirmed via fax or e-mail accepting the cancellation of the structure.
